How to Install

Blogger.com (Blogspot) as Gadget
Blogger allows you to add an iGoogle gadget to your blog.

• Logon to your Blogger Dashboard at blogger.com/home.   
• Go to "Design" section.
• Click on "Add a Gadget" link in area you it shown.
• A pop-up window will open. click "Add your own".
• It will ask for a URL, enter: 
  http://googl-url-shortener.googlecode.com/files/goo_gl-url-shortener.xml
